Project Overview

Hillsborough Road units consisted of 2 levels of base build space used for mixed use. Childcare, cafe, bakery. There is also a ground floor covered carpark.

Overall the protected areas were over 2000sqm.

PBS Fire installed a type 6 sprinkler system and Type 2 Fire Alarm system.
