Project Overview

55 Corinthian was a project that consisted of 3 levels of base build offices, 3 levels of carpark and 2 ground levels designated for cafes and mix office space.

Set off the Albany highway the entire footprint covered over 13,000 sqm. PBS Fire installed a type 7 sprinkler system, Type 4 Fire Alarm system and Type 18 Fire Hydrant system.

Flow switches and floor isolate valves were used to separate each zone, this assisted with future fitouts enabling partial isolation to the area being worked on.
